About the role
The Engineering Lead will guide the contractor in the layout and design of compression offshore facilities and piping systems, ensuring safe, efficient and reliable operation of onshore assets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and validate greenfield and brownfield piping layouts, ensuring clash‑free 3D models.
- Select appropriate corrosion‑resistant materials and protective coatings for harsh environments.
- Perform stress analysis, including thermal expansion, dynamic loading and pressure effects, using specialized software.
- Coordinate piping tie‑ins, retrofits and modifications while adhering to relevant codes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of offshore piping experience, with at least 5 years in brownfield layout and design.
- Proven experience in both greenfield and brownfield offshore projects.
- Strong understanding of code requirements, quality, safety, schedule and cost control.
