Construction Superintendent – Offshore HUC (B2B)

About the role

Airswift is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead offshore brownfield, shutdown and hook‑up activities for a major oil & gas client in Doha, Qatar. The role acts as the Company Site Representative, ensuring safety, quality and project objectives are met during the offshore execution phase.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the client on‑site and coordinate with OESS, operations and contractors to drive efficient brownfield and hook‑up execution.
• Oversee shutdown, fabrication, installation and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with design standards, codes and safety criteria.
• Manage service and vendor personnel, monitor progress, and report on operational excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in large‑scale construction projects within the oil & gas sector.
• At least 1 year in a Company Site Representative or offshore lead role.
• High National Diploma in Mechanical or Instrumentation.
• Proven experience with brownfield, shutdown and hook‑up activities.

Required skills

• Mechanical and instrumentation knowledge.
• Offshore construction and execution methods.
• Fabrication, installation and commissioning of major facilities.
• Understanding of sour‑gas and LNG production risks.
