Cook III

About the role

The Cook III will join the Food & Beverage team at a leading hotel in Doha, preparing high‑quality dishes in a fast‑paced kitchen environment. This position focuses on accurate food preparation, cooking, and presentation while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, washing, and storing fresh produce.
• Measure, mix, and cook foods according to recipes, quality and presentation standards.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers safely and efficiently.
• Monitor food temperatures, test doneness, and ensure consistent quality.
• Set up and break down work stations, maintain cleanliness of kitchen tools and equipment.
• Serve food in proper portions and ensure proper storage of leftovers.
• Follow all company safety, security, and hygiene policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• At least 1 year of relevant kitchen experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 25 lb and work in a hot environment for extended periods.
