Corporate Banking Analyst – Doha

About the role

The Corporate Banking Analyst in Doha supports Citi’s Corporate Banking team by delivering treasury, financial solutions and advisory services to large corporate, public sector and financial institution clients. This entry‑level position focuses on credit analysis, transaction execution and client relationship support.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in client transactions and projects as a junior team member.
• Lead credit analytical work for existing relationships, including periodic financial performance reviews.
• Prepare credit and capital approval proposals for new requests.
• Develop client pitch materials and support execution of financings.
• Assist with cash management, trading, FX, loan activities, KYC maintenance and credit limit management.
• Organise and analyse financial data for client proposals and strategic plans.
• Conduct economic and financial research and produce written recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree minimum.
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience or recent graduate.
• Understanding of financial statements and accounting treatments.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Planning and organisational abilities.
