Corporate Sales Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Corporate Sales Manager to lead the acquisition and growth of corporate accounts for our luxury hotel in Doha. You will be responsible for driving revenue, building strong client relationships, and aligning sales initiatives with our overall revenue strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and secure new corporate accounts while retaining and expanding existing client relationships.
• Develop and execute a proactive corporate sales strategy in line with the hotel’s revenue and marketing plans.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, manage proposals, negotiations and contract closures.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including Revenue Management, F&B and Operations, to ensure service standards and profitability.
• Attend industry events, trade shows and client visits to promote the hotel and generate business.
• Provide regular account reviews, forecasts and reporting to senior management.
• Work with the Marketing team to create targeted campaigns and sales collateral for the corporate segment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or university degree.
• 3‑5 years of corporate sales experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• Fluent in Arabic with strong knowledge of the local market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, capable of engaging C‑level decision makers.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and self‑motivation in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
