Dining Services Team Leader – Join Our Talent Pool

About the role

The Dining Services Team Leader will oversee day‑to‑day operations of multiple café outlets, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and food safety. You will manage stock, supervise staff, and coordinate with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Train and supervise staff to maintain HACCP‑compliant service and cleanliness.
• Monitor beverage security, stock levels, and coordinate promotions for food‑and‑beverage outlets.
• Conduct regular inventory audits of crockery, cutlery, linen, glassware and beverage stocks.
• Ensure dining area furniture, linens, and equipment are maintained to company standards.
• Collaborate with the Cafeteria Manager on equipment maintenance and general cleanliness.

Required profile

• University degree with at least 1 year relevant experience OR high school diploma with at least 2 years relevant experience.
• Previous supervisory experience in hotels or restaurants.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Ability to delegate, set clear direction and manage workflow.

Required skills

• POS system knowledge.
• Computer literacy.
