Cost Management Analyst

About the role

The Cost Management Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, analysing and managing institutional costs for ISS International in Doha. The role ensures financial efficiency, regulatory compliance and alignment with organisational policies while supporting strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the focal point for all cost‑related matters within the Fertiliser Network (FN).
• Monitor daily cost activities, track performance and deliver periodic cost management reports.
• Prepare the annual financial cost management plan and develop related procedures.
• Coordinate the development of cost planning guidelines and models.
• Lead the preparation of group‑wide consolidated cost budgets for parent and subsidiary entities.
• Maintain a holistic view of historical and forward‑looking cost and inventory balances.
• Ensure consistency and quality across budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes.
• Provide monthly cost analysis, variance explanations and KPI reporting to management.
• Conduct inventories trend analysis and lead cost review meetings with internal stakeholders.
• Drive cash preservation initiatives and benchmark cost‑management opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 3–5 years of professional experience, preferably in the fertilizer industry.
• Minimum of 5 years working with SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
