Creative Producer

About the role

The Creative Producer will lead the development and delivery of digital visual content for TOD’s platforms and marketing channels. Working closely with brand, product, CRM, performance marketing and partnership teams, you will craft compelling videos, motion graphics and static assets that boost audience engagement and support subscriber acquisition and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and storyboards for integrated marketing campaigns across all digital platforms.
• Produce high‑quality promotional videos, digital ads, trailers, teasers and social media content.
• Create static and motion assets optimized for devices and platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat and X.
• Edit video content with color correction, sound mixing, subtitles and motion graphics.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, production houses, freelancers and voice‑over artists.
• Support brand campaigns, product launches, live sports events and entertainment releases.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and ensuring brand compliance.
• Maintain quality control, organize assets in the Digital Asset Management system and optimize based on performance insights.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital content trends, emerging platforms and AI‑enabled creative tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Digital Media, Film Production, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4–6 years of experience in digital creative production, video editing or multimedia production.
• Experience in OTT, streaming, media, broadcasting, sports or entertainment industries is preferred.
• Proven track record supporting integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned media.
