About the role

A customer-focused Customer Service Representative is sought to join a team in Qatar. The role supports customers with their inquiries, provides product information, helps with daily store operations and ensures a positive shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries about products, services and promotions.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Support sales activities and give accurate product information.
• Assist with transactions, returns and exchanges in line with company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organised and customer-friendly store environment.
• Coordinate with team members to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Required profile

• Fluency in Arabic and good communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a customer-oriented, professional approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.
• Eligible to work in Qatar.
