Customer Service Representative - Vehicle Rentals

About the role

Al-Futtaim Vehicle Rentals is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide professional, efficient service to customers. The role covers customer interaction, sales monitoring and process compliance, working closely with other branches and departments to resolve rental concerns.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a front-line representative, attend calls and queries promptly, and meet and exceed AVR customer satisfaction standards.
• Monitor sales daily, weekly and monthly, meet monthly targets and aim to raise rental utilization above 80%.
• Follow established procedures, conduct monthly branch audits, and recommend process improvements.
• Handle rental queries and complaints within 48 hours, explain insurance policies and contract terms, and follow up on payment dues.
• Process payments by various methods, issue receipts, and update daily branch reports for accounting audits.
• Support the rental team with document control, training and filing of documents and training modules.

Required profile

• College graduate with a background in customer service, preferably in a related industry.
• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability and flexibility; English and Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
• A Qatar driving licence is preferred.

• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Ability to manage several tasks at once.
