Call Center Representative - Arabic and English

About the role

Swat Trading Co. W.L.L, an auto parts supplier based in Doha, Qatar, is hiring a full-time, on-site Call Center Representative who must speak both Arabic and English. The representative handles inbound and outbound calls, answers customer questions about auto parts and services, and works closely with the sales and warehouse teams.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and respond to customer inquiries about auto parts and services
• Process orders and track deliveries
• Log interactions in the system and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by resolving concerns promptly, following up on open cases and adhering to service standards
• Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations

Required profile

• Experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with clear verbal and written communication in both
• High attention to detail, problem-solving skills and ability to manage several tasks in a fast pace
• Willingness to work on-site in Doha, Qatar
• Minimum high school diploma; previous automotive parts experience is an advantage but not required
