About the role

Join Qatar Airways' Doha Contact Centre as a Customer Services Agent, providing support to German, Spanish, Italian and English speaking customers through phone, email and web chat.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond professionally to inbound calls and queries.
  • Sell, up‑sell and cross‑sell Qatar Airways products and services.
  • Create new reservations, modify existing ones and issue tickets.
  • Provide fare quotes, handle refunds and support e‑commerce, trade and frequent flyer activities.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary.

Required profile

  • High school qualification with at least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Fluent in English and German and/or Spanish (or Italian).
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment and handle shift work, including nights.

Required skills

  • Experience with Amadeus or other GDS systems.
  • Computer literate with good typing speed.
