Customer Services Agent (German & Spanish Speaker)

About the role
Join Qatar Airways' Doha Contact Centre as a Customer Services Agent, providing support to German, Spanish, Italian and English speaking customers through phone, email and web chat.
Key responsibilities
- Respond professionally to inbound calls and queries.
- Sell, up‑sell and cross‑sell Qatar Airways products and services.
- Create new reservations, modify existing ones and issue tickets.
- Provide fare quotes, handle refunds and support e‑commerce, trade and frequent flyer activities.
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
Required profile
- High school qualification with at least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Fluent in English and German and/or Spanish (or Italian).
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment and handle shift work, including nights.
Required skills
- Experience with Amadeus or other GDS systems.
- Computer literate with good typing speed.
