About the role
The Data Manager will oversee the school Management Information System (iSAMS) and handle student data to support leaders, teachers, and families in making informed decisions at Etqan Global Academy.
Key responsibilities
- Run and maintain iSAMS, including annual set‑up, student records and user access.
- Manage assessment data collection and produce PYP and MYP student reports.
- Analyse attainment, progress and attendance data and present findings to leaders and teachers.
- Prepare accurate data returns for the Ministry of Education, IB and Nord Anglia Education.
- Ensure student and staff data security and compliance with Qatar data protection law.
Required profile
- Degree in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a school data or MIS role.
- Hands‑on MIS administration experience, preferably with iSAMS.
- High attention to detail and sound judgement with confidential data.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel.
- Power BI or similar data visualisation tool.
- iSAMS (desirable).
