About the role
The Deputy Store Manager efficiently assists the boutique manager in developing and optimizing boutique performance and profitability. This role focuses on business development, team motivation, operational excellence, and clienteling, embodying the BVLGARI credo both inside and outside the boutique.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales targets through proactive selling, market knowledge, and identifying stock opportunities.
- Motivate and coach the team, manage KPIs, conduct training, and oversee induction plans.
- Ensure store operations align with brand guidelines, manage rotas, inventories, and coordinate with logistics, finance, and mall authorities.
- Deliver memorable client experiences, act as a role model in selling ceremonies, and develop strong client relationships.
