Director of Capital Partners

About the role

The Director of Capital Partners will lead the development of institutional capital relationships across a designated GCC market, linking investors, banks, family offices and asset managers with qualified Indian and Indo‑UAE project opportunities. This senior position reports to BLACKBULL and operates on a hybrid, international work model.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with family offices, banks, investment firms, private credit funds, sovereign and institutional investors, high‑net‑worth individuals and corporate investment groups.
• Raise capital for Indian and Indo‑UAE projects, structuring debt, equity, joint‑venture and other financing models.
• Identify and engage banking and institutional credit channels for new projects, including NBFC and fintech partnerships.
• Coordinate investor presentations, financial models, due diligence, valuations, term sheets and transaction negotiations.
• Support the creation of a new banking and financial‑channel ecosystem in India, subject to regulatory approvals.
• Evaluate asset‑backed financing opportunities across commercial properties, industrial assets, infrastructure projects and revenue‑generating businesses.
• Present pre‑revenue fundraising cases covering project economics, market opportunity, cash‑flow, risk management and exit strategy.

Required profile

• 10–20+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate banking, project finance, asset management, private equity, structured finance or related fields.
• Proven track record of fundraising and transaction closures, with existing relationships to institutional investors in the GCC.
• Deep understanding of banking capitalization, NBFC structures, asset‑backed finance and regulated financial‑sector transactions.
• Experience with pre‑revenue project fundraising and ability to defend detailed financial projections and governance frameworks.
• Strong network within the assigned territory (Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia/Riyadh or UAE) and access to capital decision‑makers.
• Relevant professional credentials (MBA, CFA, CA, ACCA or equivalent) are advantageous.
