About the role
The Grand Hyatt Doha seeks a dynamic Food & Beverage Director to lead its luxury dining operations. This senior leader will drive revenue, profitability, and exceptional guest experiences across all outlets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic F&B plans aligned with Hyatt brand standards.
- Manage operational, administrative, and financial performance of all food and beverage venues.
- Lead diverse teams in a fast‑paced luxury environment, ensuring guest satisfaction and financial success.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years as Director of Food & Beverage in a large luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to drive revenue and profitability.
- Prior Middle East/GCC hospitality experience; Arabic proficiency preferred.
Required skills
- Operational, administrative, financial, and communication expertise.
- Strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach.
