Duty Manager – Luxury Hotel Operations

About the role

Rosewood Doha is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations within its ultra‑luxury environment. You will act as the operational hub, ensuring service excellence, guest satisfaction, and seamless coordination across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain full knowledge of departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Ensure daily operational standards are upheld at a superior level.
• Monitor equipment usage, maintenance, and correct operation.
• Anticipate and respond promptly to guest needs, handling complaints to guarantee satisfaction.
• Oversee cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of public areas.
• Coordinate with team leads to manage staffing levels and shift coverage.
• Support the delivery of luxury experiences across restaurants, lounges, and wellness facilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel operations or a similar hospitality role.
• Strong understanding of service standards and guest‑centric culture.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and composure under pressure.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with diverse teams.

Required skills

• Knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS) and standard operating procedures.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
