E-Commerce Specialist (Onsite) – Qatar

About the role

An experienced E‑Commerce Specialist is needed to manage daily e‑commerce operations, support payment gateway integrations and continuously improve online payment performance for a Qatar‑based operation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily e‑commerce operations, support merchants and business teams with payment‑related inquiries, and maintain operational workflows and documentation.
• Support day‑to‑day operation of CyberSource and MPGS payment gateways, troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions with merchants.
• Coordinate with development teams on payment API integrations, validate payment flows across web and mobile, and support testing activities.
• Ensure compliance with PCI DSS and other security standards, support fraud monitoring and risk management.
• Collaborate with e‑commerce, IT, banks, payment service providers and other business stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in e‑commerce operations, digital payments or fintech environments.
• Hands‑on experience with CyberSource and MPGS payment gateways.
• Strong understanding of the card payment lifecycle (authorization, capture, settlement, refund, reversal).
• Experience working with banks, acquirers and high‑volume online commerce environments.
