Early Careers – Geoscience & Petrotechnical

About the role

SLB is looking for recent graduates to join its Geoscience and Petrotechnical early‑career program. You will work alongside experts to apply earth‑science knowledge and cutting‑edge technology to solve complex subsurface challenges for our clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret geological and geophysical data to define reservoir architecture and hydrocarbon potential.
• Process and analyze seismic, logging and downhole sensor data using industry‑standard software.
• Develop reservoir models, simulate fluid flow and evaluate production optimization scenarios.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and customers to deliver innovative solutions.
• Apply finite‑element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) to assess well‑bore and production system performance.

Required profile

• Minimum university degree in Geology, Geophysics, Petroleum Engineering, or a related earth‑science discipline.
• Strong curiosity, analytical mindset and willingness to take responsibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a focus on quality.
