Enterprise Automation Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Automation Consultant to join our IT team in Qatar. The role focuses on administering and optimizing SharePoint and K2 platforms, ensuring system stability, security, and seamless collaboration across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SharePoint sites, permissions, content libraries, and K2 environment configurations.
• Deploy and manage Servicesflow solutions, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Participate in project delivery, production support, system upgrades, migrations, and Agile ceremonies.
• Implement security protocols, backup and recovery routines, and capacity planning for cloud resources.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, customize, and integrate solutions with ERP, HRMS, and third‑party applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in enterprise application development, business process automation, and digital transformation.
• Proven track record managing SharePoint (Online & Server) and K2 platforms.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, security, and hybrid SharePoint/Active Directory integration.
