Facility Engineer – MEP & FM Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Facility Engineer to join Burjline Builders in Doha. The role involves overseeing the operation and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring they run efficiently and comply with safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repair and maintenance work.
• Troubleshoot and resolve facility‑related issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of all facility activities.
• Manage the budget for maintenance and operations.
• Lead and guide the facility maintenance team.
• Collaborate with other departments to support smooth facility operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Valid UPDA certification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in Facility Management.
• Strong background in MEP systems.
