Fashion Consultant (Luxury Retail)

About the role

As a Fashion Consultant for Chalhoub Group, you will represent a leading luxury retailer in Kuwait, delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving sales of high‑end fashion, beauty and accessories.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales targets through consultative selling.
• Collect and analyse customer behaviour data to inform business reviews.
• Maintain omni‑channel client relationships and support click‑and‑collect processes within SLA.
• Promote the loyalty program (MUSE) and stay current with app offerings.
• Support in‑store marketing events, activations and CX initiatives.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and SOP compliance.
• Provide pre‑buying feedback on product assortment and monitor sell‑through.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for luxury retail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
