F&B Captain (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

The F&B Captain will support the overall Food & Beverage operation at Banana Island Resort Doha, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, high‑quality service standards and smooth team performance. This role requires a proactive leader who can maintain a safe, sanitary environment while delivering the brand’s culinary excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and ensure guest satisfaction throughout all F&B outlets.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary work environment in line with brand standards.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of high‑quality food and beverage products.
• Develop and motivate a strong team through training, empowerment and daily member relations.
• Handle team member issues, encourage problem‑solving and ensure consistent service delivery.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with health, safety and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
• Well‑groomed with high personal hygiene standards.
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Currently holding a comparable F&B supervisory role.
• Relevant qualifications for the position applied for.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic team environment.
• Excellent team player with verifiable references.
