F&B Service Expert

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic F&B Service Expert to join our team at Le Méridien in Lusail, Qatar. In this guest‑focused position you will help create memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive service, coordinating with the kitchen and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange dining tables, ensuring proper presentation and readiness for guests.
• Take orders, communicate them accurately to the kitchen, and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Interact with guests, answer questions about the menu, and address any service requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of the service area, replenish supplies, and follow health‑and‑safety standards.
• Handle cash or electronic payments and process guest bills efficiently.
• Assist with inventory checks and restocking of dining supplies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of experience in food‑and‑beverage service or a related hospitality role.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift objects up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) for extended periods.
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance and strong communication skills.
