F&B Service Expert – Waiter/Waitress

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive F&B Service Expert to join our team at Le Méridien Doha. In this full‑time position you will help create memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering high‑quality service from the moment they are seated until they leave.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, ensuring proper presentation and cleanliness.
• Take guest orders, communicate them accurately to the kitchen, and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including clearing tables and restocking supplies.
• Handle menu inquiries, verify items visually, and assist guests with menu selections.
• Move, lift, carry and place objects up to 25 lb unaided (up to 50 lb with assistance) and navigate uneven or slippery surfaces safely.
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, uniform and personal appearance guidelines.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist and lift for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours in a fast‑paced environment.
