Female Pilates Fitness Instructor

About the role

The position supports the fitness and recreation facilities at a luxury hotel, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests. The role combines routine maintenance, guest service, and basic fitness support, with a focus on Pilates instruction for female members.

Key responsibilities

• Wipe down fitness machines, remove towels, trash and debris, and keep the recreation area tidy.
• Maintain supplies of cups, water, towels and distribute lockers and towels to residents.
• Conduct inventory checks and report low‑stock items to the Residences Manager.
• Promote and enforce facility rules for safety and welfare.
• Report accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions, and complete required safety training.
• Welcome residents, assist individuals with disabilities, and answer telephone inquiries professionally.
• Inspect equipment for defects and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior work experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and perform physical duties.
• Capability to lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Clear communication skills and professional appearance.
