FF&E Project Coordinator – Interior Design & Architecture

About the role

We are looking for an FF&E Project Coordinator with a background in interior design or architecture to manage furniture, fixtures and equipment packages across hospitality, luxury residential, commercial and fit‑out projects. The role bridges design teams, suppliers and construction crews to ensure the FF&E process runs smoothly from concept to hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate FF&E packages through design development, procurement, production and installation.
• Review and reconcile FF&E schedules, material specifications, finish schedules, BOQs and shop drawings.
• Liaise with interior designers, architects, consultants and project managers to maintain design intent and compliance.
• Obtain quotations, prepare comparison sheets and support supplier evaluations.
• Monitor purchase orders, supplier performance, manufacturing progress and logistics including shipping, customs and site delivery.
• Maintain procurement trackers, material submittal logs and project progress reports, flagging risks and potential delays.
• Support site teams during installation and ensure proper documentation for project hand‑over.

Required profile

• Experience in FF&E coordination for hospitality, residential or commercial fit‑out projects.
• Strong understanding of interior design or architectural processes and specifications.
• Proven ability to work with international furniture manufacturers and manage procurement cycles.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
