About the role
We are seeking an experienced Filipino Cook to join our catering team, preparing authentic Filipino dishes for large‑scale operations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare meals according to a fixed menu and required quantities.
- Work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment, maintaining high standards of hygiene.
- Ensure food safety and compliance with HACCP standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Filipino Cook in catering, hotel, restaurant or similar settings.
- Physically fit and able to work for extended periods.
- Good teamwork and communication skills; immediate joiners preferred.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of authentic Filipino cuisine and traditional dishes.
- Food preparation, cooking techniques, portion control and presentation.
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards.
