About the role

We are seeking an experienced Filipino Cook to join our catering team, preparing authentic Filipino dishes for large‑scale operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare meals according to a fixed menu and required quantities.
  • Work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment, maintaining high standards of hygiene.
  • Ensure food safety and compliance with HACCP standards.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Filipino Cook in catering, hotel, restaurant or similar settings.
  • Physically fit and able to work for extended periods.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills; immediate joiners preferred.

Required skills

  • Strong knowledge of authentic Filipino cuisine and traditional dishes.
  • Food preparation, cooking techniques, portion control and presentation.
  • Understanding of food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards.
