Finance Manager – Financial Services (Qatar)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance function in Qatar, overseeing reporting, compliance and strategic financial planning within the Exchange House/Financial Services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, compliance, audits and regulatory submissions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Drive finance process automation and digital transformation projects.
• Ensure adherence to Qatar Central Bank regulations, IAS/IFRS standards and internal controls.
• Manage financial analysis, profitability reporting and business performance reviews.
• Supervise finance operations including payroll, reconciliations and banking relationships.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in financial management with team‑leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience in finance automation, digitalisation and ERP implementation.
• Background in the Exchange House or Financial Services sector.
• Strong knowledge of IAS, IFRS and QCB regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to produce regulatory reports, conduct audits and manage internal controls.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
