Financial Institutions Coverage – Cross‑Sell & Business Development Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Institutions Coverage – Cross‑Sell & Business Development Lead to drive activation and expansion of cross‑selling opportunities across our Financial Institutions client portfolio, focusing on Turkey and Egypt. The role will develop and execute strategies that increase client penetration across Lending, Global Transaction Banking, Cash Management and Global Markets solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute coverage strategies for FI clients in Turkey and Egypt, strengthening strategic relationships.
• Design and implement cross‑sell strategies across Lending, GTB, Cash Management and Global Markets to grow wallet share.
• Promote banking solutions such as corporate lending, trade finance, treasury, FX and transaction banking services.
• Support transformation initiatives to improve client onboarding, fulfillment, monitoring and service processes.
• Collaborate with relationship managers, product, operations, risk, credit and treasury teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Analyse market opportunities, emerging client needs and industry trends to drive business development.
• Monitor portfolio performance, track cross‑sell opportunities and ensure profitability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Financial Institutions coverage, corporate banking or global markets.
• Strong stakeholder management and commercial relationship skills.
• Ability to develop and execute cross‑selling strategies and drive revenue growth.
• Experience working with product, risk, operations and treasury teams.
• Analytical mindset with understanding of market trends in Turkey and Egypt.
