Food and Beverage Attendant – Lounge

About the role

Join Qatar Airways' premium lounge team as a Food and Beverage Attendant, delivering 5‑star service to elite travelers. You will ensure safety, quality, and brand standards while creating memorable moments for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level food and beverage service in accordance with Qatar Airways standards.
• Assist premium customers with queries promptly and courteously.
• Maintain product quality, hygiene, and visual appearance of service areas.
• Prepare and replenish mise en place for each shift.
• Manage stock levels of linen, beverages, and dry goods.
• Participate in daily briefings and follow all SOPs.
• Collaborate with culinary, front‑of‑house, and support teams.

Required profile

• High school qualification with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience in 4‑5 star hotel, airline lounge, or fine‑dining environments.
• Passion for food & beverage service and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑centric, solution‑oriented attitude.
