Food and Beverage Supervisor

About the role

Join Hilton’s Hotels team as a Food and Beverage Supervisor and be the face of exceptional hospitality. You will lead daily banquet operations, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and execute events such as breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions and galas.
• Oversee function‑room setup, ensuring linens, silverware, glassware and chinaware meet specifications.
• Communicate event details to all Food & Beverage teams and manage breakdown and storage of equipment.
• Supervise and coach the F&B team, handling scheduling, performance and recognition.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.

Required profile
