About the role

As a Food & Beverage Service Expert you will be the face of the guest experience, ensuring every dining moment is memorable. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to deliver seamless service in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, ensuring proper presentation and cleanliness.
• Communicate guest orders accurately to the kitchen and monitor preparation.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to requests promptly.
• Maintain a tidy work area, restock supplies, and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Follow company policies, uniform standards, and professional communication guidelines.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related experience; no supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods on varied surfaces.
• Capability to lift up to 25 lb unaided and 50 lb with assistance.
• Willingness to work full‑time in an on‑site hospitality setting.
