Food & Beverage Team Leader

About the role
The Food & Beverage Team Leader will oversee daily operations within the hotel’s F&B outlets, ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction. This position works closely with the F&B manager to coordinate staff, manage workflow, and maintain quality across all dining areas and event spaces.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and support F&B staff during each shift.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain consistent service quality and address guest feedback promptly.
- Assist with inventory control, ordering and stock management.
- Train, mentor and onboard new team members.
Required profile
- Minimum high school diploma; hospitality training preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in food & beverage service with some leadership exposure.
- Strong communication and team‑management abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Required skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
