FP&A Analyst

About the role

As a Finance Planning Analyst you will work closely with the Head of FP&A and support the Commercial team, providing hands‑on execution and analytics to drive better commercial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic finance partner to Commercial teams, supporting day‑to‑day decision‑making and long‑term planning.
• Own financial performance tracking for revenue growth, pricing, promotions, incentives and margin optimization.
• Partner with stakeholders to define, track and explain commercial KPIs.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning with driver‑based financial models.
• Prepare monthly performance reviews and variance analysis, highlighting the “why” behind the numbers.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A or related finance roles.
• Strong grasp of revenue models, unit economics, take‑rate and margin drivers.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments where structure is built on the fly.
• Experience with restaurant economics, pricing and promotional mechanics.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.
• Experience with enterprise planning tools such as TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) – a plus.
