About the role
As a Guest Experience Agent for W Hotels, you will be the face of the brand, guiding guests through every moment of their stay. The role blends operational support with personalized service, ensuring each interaction feels memorable and effortless.
Key responsibilities
- Process check‑ins, check‑outs and other operational tasks efficiently.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, providing local area insights and recommendations.
- Complete daily reports and documentation accurately.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment throughout the property.
- Move, lift, and carry objects up to 10 lb as needed while on your feet for extended periods.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience needed.
- Ability to work full‑time on‑site in West Bay, Doha.
