Guest Experience Expert – Concierge

About the role

The Guest Experience Expert – Concierge is responsible for creating memorable, personalized experiences for guests throughout their stay at Le Méridien Doha. You will act as a proactive ambassador, handling guest requests, providing local insights, and ensuring smooth operational flow from check‑in to check‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and address any immediate needs.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, delivering solutions that enhance satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and cultural highlights.
• Complete daily reports, logs, and documentation in accordance with hotel standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment while adhering to company policies and confidentiality requirements.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and arranging items up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• No prior hospitality experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and perform light manual handling.
• Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality service.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
