About the role
The Guest Experience Expert (Guest Relations Agent) ensures every guest enjoys a memorable and seamless stay at our luxury hotel in Doha. You will be the primary point of contact, guiding guests through check‑in, their stay, and check‑out while delivering personalized service that reflects the brand’s standards.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests throughout their stay, handling inquiries and special requests.
- Process operational tasks such as check‑in/check‑out, reservations adjustments, and incident reports.
- Provide local area information and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain accurate records and complete daily reports as required.
- Move throughout the property, standing, walking, and handling items up to 10 lb without assistance.
- Uphold safety, confidentiality, and company policies at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
