About the role
Westin is looking for a Guest Experience Expert (Guest Relations Agent) in Doha, Qatar. The role goes beyond a simple check-in and check-out: it is about building a memorable and unique guest experience. The expert takes the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay, and is empowered to move freely within the space.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs and handle guest requests
- Complete reports and share the highlights of the local area
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, and protect company assets
- Uphold quality standards and keep confidential information secure
- Keep a professional uniform, personal appearance and communications
- Stand, sit or walk for an extended period and perform hands-on tasks such as lifting and carrying objects of up to 10 pounds
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
- No related work experience required
- No supervisory experience required
- No license or certification required
