Guest Experience Expert - Guest Relations

About the role

The Guest Experience Expert will be the face of The Ritz‑Carlton Doha, delivering memorable, personalized service to every guest throughout their stay. This role blends hospitality expertise with the brand’s legendary service standards to create lasting impressions.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out processes with precision and warmth.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, handling requests, special occasions, and problem resolution promptly.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Spa teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences using the property’s CRM system.
• Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and event spaces.
