Guest Experience Supervisor – Night Audit

About the role

The Guest Experience Supervisor – Night Audit ensures smooth check‑in processes, accurate billing and a high level of service for all guests during the night shift. Based at The Pearl Island in Doha, you will be the primary point of contact for guests and the liaison with security, accounting and housekeeping teams.

Key responsibilities

• Process all guest check‑ins, verify identity, payment method, assign rooms and issue keys.
• Enter and manage Marriott Rewards information and ensure rates match market codes.
• Compile daily reports, complete cashier and closing reports, and balance receipts.
• Handle all payment types, vouchers, paid‑outs and charge authorizations.
• Notify loss‑prevention/security of any theft reports and follow accounting procedures.
• Assist management with training, evaluating, counseling and motivating staff.
• Maintain safety standards, complete required safety training and report incidents.
• Provide guests with property information, respond to requests and ensure accessibility needs are met.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of experience in front‑office or night‑audit operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow accounting and security procedures.
• Professional appearance, good communication skills and ability to work independently during night hours.
• Willingness to support team members and uphold the company’s Fair Treatment policy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Experience using Marriott Rewards or similar loyalty platforms.
