About the role
We are looking for a Guest Services Agent to join our team at Souq Waqif Boutique Hotel By Tivoli. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth and memorable stay from check‑in to check‑out.
Key responsibilities
- Take reservations and manage guest bookings.
- Greet, register and check‑in guests courteously.
- Provide outstanding service throughout the stay, addressing enquiries, requests and comments promptly.
- Settle guest accounts accurately at departure.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to maintain high guest satisfaction.
Required profile
- Strong focus on customer service.
- Prior experience in hotel front‑office operations (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using a Property Management System (PMS) (preferred).
