Head of Change Management

About the role

The Head of Change Management will lead the Change Management section within the Digital Office, reporting to the Chief Technical Officer. This senior role is responsible for guiding QAFCO’s digital transformation, ensuring technology, process and people changes are adopted smoothly and sustainably.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for digital initiatives and AI use cases.
• Leverage AI‑assisted tools and predictive analytics to monitor adoption trends, stakeholder sentiment and resistance patterns.
• Design and deliver communication, training and support programs that minimize resistance and accelerate user readiness.
• Align change initiatives with overall business objectives and foster cross‑functional collaboration.
• Implement continuous improvement and reinforcement mechanisms to sustain digital maturity.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading change management programs in a digital or technology‑focused environment.
• Strong ability to interpret AI‑generated insights and translate them into targeted interventions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and experience working with senior leadership.
• Track record of delivering successful technology adoption and organizational transformation.
