About the role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Learning & Development to lead organization-wide learning and capability-building initiatives for a leading organization in Qatar. The role will shape the L&D strategy, drive talent development, and ensure the effectiveness of training programs across the company.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall L&D strategy, including training needs analysis and capability-building programs.
- Design customized learning pathways, leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external training providers, professional certification bodies and compliance training requirements.
- Oversee digital learning platforms and LMS, onboarding programs, and monitor training effectiveness.
- Lead, mentor and develop the internal L&D team.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of L&D experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (bilingual).
