About the role
The Head of Membership will lead Asaya, Qatar’s first members‑only social wellness club, delivering an exceptional experience for guests and members. You will shape the club’s service standards, drive membership growth, and act as the primary liaison between members and club operations.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests and members, creating a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Proactively upsell club services and facilities.
- Guide members toward experiences that best suit their needs, demonstrating deep knowledge of all Asaya offerings.
- Collaborate closely with spa, fitness, restaurant, kids, leisure, and sports departments.
- Serve as the main point of contact between membership and club operations.
- Conduct tours for prospective members and support the sales process.
