Head of Portfolio Management (Arabic & English)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Portfolio Management to join a high‑value Program Delivery Office in Doha, Qatar. This senior leadership position will shape and drive a major portfolio of strategic initiatives, working closely with senior executives, government entities and diverse stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define, coordinate and monitor a large‑scale portfolio of transformation programmes.
• Integrate multiple workstreams, challenge progress and identify emerging issues.
• Translate strategic priorities into tangible outcomes and measurable results.
• Engage senior executives and complex stakeholder groups to ensure alignment and commitment.
• Lead, develop and inspire high‑performing teams across the portfolio.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in large‑scale transformation, programmes, portfolios or strategic delivery.
• Proven track record of working with senior executives and complex stakeholder environments.
• Background in a leading consulting firm, government entity, sovereign organisation, major transformation programme or large enterprise.
• Strong commercial, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Exceptional leadership presence with the ability to influence at the highest levels.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant professional certification advantageous.
• Interest and capability in leveraging AI and emerging technologies.
