About the role
We are seeking an experienced Health Information Management Expert to lead system‑wide health‑information policies, coding, governance, data lifecycle and reporting practices for a large‑scale eHealth programme in Doha.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and enforce health‑information governance, coding standards and operating models across the programme.
- Oversee data collection, storage, retrieval, retention and reporting to ensure accuracy, security and interoperability.
- Manage Health Information Exchange (HIE) flows and support population‑health and utilisation reporting.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in healthcare informatics or health information management.
- Strong knowledge of health‑industry laws, regulations and policy controls.
Required skills
- Health Information Governance and coding practices.
- Data analysis, visualisation and modelling for policy and operational insight.
- Health Information Exchange (HIE) and data lifecycle management.
