Pharmacy Informatics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Informatics Specialist to provide pharmacy‑domain leadership for a national eHealth programme. The role will connect medication workflows, regulation, supply chain and technology across e‑prescription, track‑and‑trace and pharmacy‑system initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of national e‑prescription and pharmaceutical track‑and‑trace solutions.
• Analyse current‑state pharmacy workflows, design future‑state processes and drive provider adoption.
• Oversee data governance, master/reference data management and analytics for medication safety and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, healthcare informatics or a related clinical discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare or pharmacy informatics, including direct work with pharmacy systems, e‑prescribing and medication management.
• Proven ability to conduct root‑cause analysis, CAPA and compliance monitoring.

Required skills

• E‑prescription and pharmacy‑network workflow design.
• Pharmaceutical track‑and‑trace, GS1 standards and national drug coding.
• Data governance, MDM/RDM and HIE analytics.
• Root‑cause analysis, CAPA and compliance procedures.
